Wrothgar quest “Blood on a King’s Hands” requires you to solve a simple puzzle to open a secret passage in the temple of Orsinium.
To get to the moot via the secret underground passage, you’ll need to set each “Library Switch” to the following positions:
- Left: Wolf
- Right: Hammer
- Upper floor: Owl (displayed Torch on image to make it easier to orient in the room)
