Marked with blue are outside skyshards, and indicated with a red color is the one inside. The two outside skyshards are very easy to find once you approach their locations, and the underground one is inside Hozzin’s Folly caverns.
I noticed that in Bleakrock Isle, the #2 skyshard is above ground, not below (should be blue).
